sending us an e-mail enquiry we assume that you are giving us permission
to reply to you and save a confidential record of the e-mails between
us.
If you don't send us your name we will record your query anonymously.
We
keep records so that we can send further information to you if
we find any and so that if you contact us again we have a record
of what we have already advised you. Also, some of our cases are
audited every 3 years to make sure the quality of our service
is high.
